The Public Prosecution Service’s consultation on its Guidelines for Prosecuting Cases involving Electronic Communications was issued on 15 November 2021 for a period of 12 weeks. The aim of the consultation was to seek a wide range of views to inform the development of the Guidelines. The final closing date was 28 February 2022.
